Die Ile de la Réunion ist eine Vulkaninsel im Indischen Ozean und liegt etwa 800 km östlich von Madagaskar und 180 km südwestlich von ihrer viel bekannteren älteren Schwester Mauritius. Hier seht Ihr mich in Cilaos, in den Bergen der Insel, vor dem Col de Taibit, dem Pass nach Mafate, doch eigentlich wohne ich an der Küste, am Fuße des aktiven Vulkans Piton de la Fournaise, in Manapany les Bains. 200 m von einer geschützten Badebucht entfernt teile ich mein Haus mit Christina, Claus & Eowyn. Und natürlich unseren Gästen und Freunden, die bei uns ihren Urlaub verbringen. Ta' Karmena is a two-story villa and can be divided into two separate floors. The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms where one bedroom has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms are with twin beds. One will also find a spare foldable bed to be used when needed. On this floor one may find 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, a large kitchen and a large sitting room. It also has two balconies, one overlooking the pool area and the other overlooking the country side. This floor is connected to the ground floor by 2 staircases. The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with twin beds and the third room has 3 beds. Also on this floor one may find a foldable bed to be used when needed. On this floor thereare 2 bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen, living and dining room. This villa has a pool and sunbathing area, also equipped with garden furniture for sunbathing and dining al fresco. It also has a gas barbeque so there is no need to buy charcoal or any wood.
