House with 2 apartments in the heart of Reykjavik in a traditional old Icelandic house, which has been renovated with all modern comforts. It is located on the main street of old Reykjavik, Laugavegur. There are numerous restaurants, shops and bars close by. The Opera, the National theatre, Hallgrims-church and the Icelandic parliament are just few minutes away. If you want to be really central you can´t hardly get any closer! The smaller apartment is 60 sq. meters and it can max. sleep 6 people. It has comfortable two single beds in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room which can be converted to a 140 cm bed for 2 people and in addition there are 2 extra beds to fold out. The living room is with an open kitchen which is equipped with fridge and micro oven, coffee machine, toaster and cooker. The other one is a 90 sq. meters and it can max. sleep 8 people. It has comportable two single beds in both bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Both apartments has a free wireless internet and a flat screen TV with Sky news and few other international Channels, small bathroom with shower and hair drier in addition to a washing machine, balcony facing south and the backyard with chairs, table and good privacy. There are only two apartments in the house and a souvenir shop on the ground floor. The apartments ares located on the second and third floor. No lift is in the house but the stairwell is wide and bright. The heating is central and windows are double glazed.
