"Ta 'Karmena" ist eine zweistöckige Villa und kann in zwei separate Etagen aufgeteilt werden. In der obersten Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, wo ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei Einzelbetten. Man wird auch ein Ersatz-Klappbett, um bei Bedarf eingesetzt werden. Auf dieser Etage kann man finden, 2 Bäder, eines mit Badewanne und das andere mit einer Dusche, einer großen Küche und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Es hat auch zwei Balkone, einer mit Blick auf den Pool-Bereich und die andere mit Blick auf die Landschaft. Diese Etage ist im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Treppen verbunden. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten und das dritte Zimmer hat 3 Betten. Auch auf dieser Etage kann man finden, eine faltbare Bett bei Bedarf verwendet werden. Auf dieser Etage thereare 2 Bäder mit Dusche und eine große Küche, Wohn-und Esszimmer. Diese Villa verfügt über einen Pool und Liegewiese, auch mit Gartenmöbeln zum Sonnenbaden und Essen im Freien ausgestattet. Es hat auch ein Gas-Grill so ist es nicht erforderlich, um Holzkohle oder Holz zu kaufen. Wie man sehen kann diese Villa verfügt über 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen mit jeweils Elektroherde und Gasherde, Kühlschrank und Eisfach, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mehrzweck-Elektro-Backofen.
