Ha anche due balconi, uno affacciato sulla piscina e l'altro si affaccia sulla campagna. Questo piano è collegato al piano terra da 2 scale. Il piano terra è composto da 3 camere da letto. Due camere sono con letti singoli e la terza camera dispone di 3 posti letto. Anche su questo piano si può trovare un letto pieghevole da utilizzare quando necessario. Su questo thereare piano 2 bagni con doccia e una grande cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Questa villa ha una piscina e solarium, dotato anche di mobili da giardino per prendere il sole e mangiare all'aperto. Essa ha anche un barbecue a gas quindi non c'è bisogno di comprare carbone di legna o di legno.
