L'hôtel – classé par l'office du tourisme marocain comme « Pension de 1ère catégorie » - comprend treize chambres et une Suite, distribuées sur trois niveaux, tout autour d'un patio central éclairé par un toit vitré ouvrant. Avec un rapport qualité /prix plutôt apprécié de notre clientèle qui en loue « le luxe pour pas cher » c'est pour beaucoup de voyaygeurs l'endroit où il faut descendre quand on veut passer son séjour à visiter Marrakech. Riad Misria (l’Egyptienne) est une maison d’hôte rénovée avec soin et dotée de tout le confort. Elle a été restaurée dans le respect de son architecture avec des matériaux traditionnels qui la font rester fraiche en été et garder la chaleur durant les mois d’hiver. Les murs sont enduits de tedlak (mélange de chaux et de pigments) les plafonds sont peints, à caisson, en bois de cèdre ou de pin rouge, les charpentes sont en troncs de palmier ou branches d’eucalyptus. Les arbres fruitiers, la vigne les oliviers sont en concurrence aux ibiscus et les rosiers. Toutes les chambres (le Riad dispose de 8 chambres) sont spacieuses, aérées, confortables. La literie est de qualité. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains, de l’air conditionné et du chauffage. Des peignoirs au chiffre du Riad sont à disposition dans chaque chambre. Tout un coté du patio est réservé à la piscine à débordement (11m) dont la température est maintenue à 27°C (« sauf par grands froids »), un bassin est réservé aux petits. Le hammam et la salle de repos / massages / fitness jouxtent l’autre rive de la piscine et complètent harmonieusement le Rez-de-chaussée du Riad.
